Last week some of us were heavily involved in the first ever 4-day Lausanne Europe Conference. About 30 people flew into England and the conference was streamed from Southampton. We all worked on programme and had a great time though worked very long hours. Either in creating slides, in managing the stage or moderating.

More than 1000 people from more than 60 nations joined us online and there was great interaction, positive feedback and a wonderful team spirit on site. The speakers were amazing and some a total highlight. Listening to voices which had been muted for too long. It was a treat listening to migrant voices, from minorities, from the persecuted and being challenged to unmute them, listen to them and engage with each other.

We pray for multiple fruit to come out as conversations continue, networking happens and new collaboration takes place. Thank you also to the LeadNow team who has gone many extra miles to make this possible. One of our main areas is investing into events and helping them to create long-lasting impact. Surely this has been an honour!
